DENTAL PROBLEMS
TOOTH PAIN

WHAT CAUSES TOOTH PAIN?

Atoothache is usually related to an underlying dental condition such as a cavity, a cracked tooth, an infection or gum disease. Sometimes, grinding and clenching at night can even lead to teeth that become bothersome. Toothaches can vary from mild sensitivity to severe pain.

Regardless of the severity of the pain, you should be seen for a thorough exam including x-rays of the tooth in question to ensure that there is not any active infection occurring inside of your teeth and jaw.
