WHAT CAUSES SNORING & SLEEP APNEA?

0bstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a sleep-breathing disorder characterized by breathing pauses that occur multiple times per hour during the night. Typically, these pauses in breathing are attributed to a blocked or partially blocked airway.These sleep related breathing issues result in reduced oxygen flow to the vital organs and result in micro-awakenings that leaves those impacted by OSA with a reduced quality of sleep and overall health.
